Mitch Dietz has been a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Evergreen Olympic Reality since moving to Olympia in 2010.  Combining his service, knowledge, communication, honesty, integrity and experience with the area’s top brokerage and longest established real estate company provides his clients with the most success in getting their homes sold or finding their dream home.

Jordan Doughty joined Coldwell Banker Evergreen Olympic Realty in 2019 and was mentored by Mitch throughout his real estate career. As a third generation and lifelong resident of Thurston County, he provides a high level of area knowledge as well as a great passion for the PNW & the area he calls home.

Jamie Gibeau joins the Group with over 30 years of real estate experience and a passion for sales and marketing. For the last ten years, she has been the Marketing Director at Coldwell Banker Evergreen Olympic Realty; and she’s excited to get back to work with buyers and sellers. 

Kelly Boyer has been Mitch’s part-time, behind-the-scenes assistant since 2019. In addition to her other job (Business and Marketing teacher at Olympia High School), she will manage social media accounts, coordinate client outreach, and other administrative tasks for the Group.
